How It Started

I am so pleased you have found my website!

I fell into the art of cake making completely by accident after creating a bespoke cake for my father in law’s 80th Birthday.

From that point on, my passion has really developed. It grew into the business you see today, I am so proud to supply bespoke high-quality cakes to accompany your special occasion.

Life On A Smallholding

I live with my husband Steve in the heart of Romney Marsh, Kent on our smallholding surrounded by fields and nature.

It provides the perfect peaceful working space and allows my creativity to flow freely to produce weird and wonderful cakes (with the added bonus that my free-range hens supply the perfect eggs for my bakes!)

Jude was such a pleasure to work with, spending a considerable time consulting with me to realise what I had in mind. She absolutely nailed the brief and delivered the cake to our party venue. All the guests (and the staff at the venue) were extremely impressed with the stunning and delicious cake. Jude modelled our 3 dogs to add a personalised touch and they were just superb. This was to make a lovely countryside inspired themed birthday cake, complete with farm animals.  I was sent a photo of the finished cake prior to delivery.  Delivery was at the agreed time.

Cakes at the last minute with a very specific brief. It need pizzazz and pizzazz it had. The sponge was superb, the fondant was fancy and the decoration was decedent! Towering at a massive 1 foot high and one foot in diameter it could feed Jesus and his 12 disciples and probably tasted much better than whatever bread and wine concoction he conjured up. I'm convinced the Roman Empire was in search of this sponge recipe when they conquered England & Ghengis Khan probably wouldn't have pillaged half the world if he had a taste of the fondant.
